This all encompassing self-defense workshop will cover a number of attacks as well as teaching a variety of every day items that can be used to give you an advantage during an attacks. Keys , Pens, Umbrellas and many more. This workshop is perfect for those daughters heading off to collage and will give peace of mind for her and for you. Our team of experts and Master Thomas, former Navy SEAL combat instructor will guide you through a life saving experience. This class is strongly recommended for college bound students, but open to those of all ages who want to have the freedom the knowledge of self defense provides.
