Mixed Martial Arts
Developed by our founder, Master John K Thomas, a seasoned martial arts practitioner of the five disciplines and teacher since the 1980s, we’ve fused these traditions to create a system that’s time-tested, effective and empowering for real-life self-defense.
Our program is built on the foundational principles of CONTROL, HONOR, and DISCIPLINE, empowering students to develop the strength, confidence, and psychological resilience to protect themselves and others. We believe that martial arts training goes far beyond self-defense. It’s a journey of personal growth, building confidence, and cultivating a strong sense of self. Our curriculum is designed to empower individuals of all ages – children, teens and adults, fostering both physical and psychological resilience.
Our chief instructors Sensei Murali Mooliyil & Sensei Nathan Keysor have dedicated over three decades to mastering these arts under Master Thomas’s tutelage. Their expertise and passion bring unparalleled expertise to each class, ensuring that every student is guided with care, respect, and precision. Class Groups
- Separate classes for Adults and Kids
- Each class runs one hour sessions
- 3 classes per week for each group
Adult : This group include students aged 13 and above
Kids : This group consists of students between the age of 7 to 12
Class Schedules
Classes for the groups are conducted during the week from Monday through Saturday per the schedule below.
Adult Class
13 yrs and above
Monday : 7pm – 8pm
Wednesday : 7pm – 8pm
Saturday : 9:30am – 10:30am
Kids Class
7 to 12 yrs
Monday : 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Wednesday : 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Friday : 6:00pm – 7:00pm
The program is structured to train students from the ground up and achieve their individual goals – such as physical fitness, self-defense or helping them to combine both mind and body to achieve a better overall health. It focuses on training the body to synchronize fluidity and strength that bring greater speed, agility and concentrated power. Training typically includes the following areas that are defined for each belt levels.
